To use with orthopedic diaper covers, you ll need cotton square diapers as inserts. You can choose from the Classic, LUX, or organic cotton XKKO Organic Old Times range.
XKKO Orthopedic Pants feature an inner layer of cotton terry with a PUL layer and an outer layer of cotton twill.Â
Velcro fastening.
Size 1: Suitable from birth to about 4 weeks, depending on the baby’s size and the number of diapers added.
